Fossochiara

Obtained from carefully chosen, hand-picked white grapes, it is straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights. The bouquet is intense, with fruity notes reminiscent of citrus, pear and toasted hazelnut.
On the palate, it is dry, sparkling and pleasantly acidic, with a full-body and persistence.
Recommended with fresh cheeses, starters or fish dishes.
