Alsaio DOC Terratico di Bibbona
This is a monovarietal red wine obtained from Merlot grapes subjected to long fermentation and maceration, aging in barrique casks, and final refinement in bottles.
On the nose it spreads aromas of blackberry, blueberry and strawberry, with hints of violet and eucalyptus.
On the palate it is soft, broad and full-bodied.
Excellent with grilled meats, long-cooked dishes and aged cheeses.
