Another a monovarietal red, this time from Cabernet Franc grapes aged for a short time in barriques, followed by a six-month refinement in bottles. Its aroma contains wild strawberries and raspberries, with notes of balsam and spice. On the palate it is fresh and broad, with well-defined tannins. It goes well with game, grilled meats and baked pasta. Serving temperature, 18°/20° C
