Our production
Quality and selection
Careful selection and blending of the finest grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah for our reds; Fiano, Viogner and Vermentino for our whites) give our prized wines distinctive characters that cannot but prompt increasing appreciation from anyone who tries them.
Feluca
Obtained from white Vermentino grapes, vinified at controlled temperature in steel tanks, and then subjected to six months of batonnage on fine wine lees.
La Tanna Rosè
Obtained from soft pressing select hand-picked red grapes vinified at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Terratico di Bibbona
This is a monovarietal red wine obtained from Merlot grapes subjected to long fermentation and maceration, aging in barrique casks, and final refinement in bottles.
Salaiola IGT
Another a monovarietal red, this time from Cabernet Franc grapes aged for a short time in barriques, followed by a six-month refinement in bottles

Heedful selection of the grapes is followed by prolonged maceration at controlled temperature in steel tanks to produce this fresh, fruity wine...
Caligio
This cuvèe is a special blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes obtained from separate harvests. After long fermentation in steel vats, it is then barricato for 12 months in small French oak casks, and finally bottle-refined for about ten months...
Fossochiara
Obtained from carefully chosen, hand-picked white grapes, it is straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights. The bouquet is intense, with fruity notes reminiscent of citrus, pear and toasted hazelnut.
Extra Virgin Oil
Obtained via cold extraction of the olives milled within 24 hours of harvesting. Our cultivars Frantoiano, Leccino, Maurino and Moraiolo yield a very low acidity oil, intense green to gold in colour, with a light, delicately fruity flavour
Grappa
Grappa aged 18 months in wooden casks. Amber in colour, on the palate it is intense, yet smooth, and very persistent.
