LA TANNA  extra virgin olive oil

Obtained via cold extraction of the olives milled within 24 hours of harvesting. Our cultivars Frantoiano, Leccino, Maurino and Moraiolo yield a very low acidity oil, intense green to gold in colour, with a light, delicately fruity flavour.
It is best enjoyed “a crudo”, uncooked on bruschetta or in salads, as well as generously applied to legumes, fish, soups and red meat.
